Join Marsha and Beth in an experiential workshop. Participants will learn the history of table, how to conduct a table session, write a meditation and them practice in groups, running a table session from start to finish. You may bring your own table to work with. 

This workshop is for beginners as well as those with some table experience. There is a half hour lunch break. Students are encouraged to bring a snack or lunch with them.

There is a maximum of 12 students.
